The apartments are on the ground floor designed with an open plan philosophy 65sqm, while it can accommodate up to 6 people. Spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen has direct access to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery, swimming pool create a sense of elegant luxury, essential elements for a comfortable and unforgettable summer vacation. Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedrooms feature queen-size beds and direct access to balconies with relaxing views of the surrounding landscape. The apartment offers three (3) smart TVs with satellite channels, wireless Internet access, air conditioning in all rooms and areas, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher.
